What is the difference between BB and CC cream, which one should I choose?

CC Cream is designed to correct uneven skin tone and redness, adding a natural vibrancy to the skin. BB Cream offers slightly more coverage, masking skin imperfections and providing a smoother appearance.
Which skin types are your products suitable for?

Our formulas are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin. Thanks to the Cica (Centella Asiatica) extracts in their composition, they soothe the skin and provide moisture balance without making it oily.
What is the shelf life (expiration date) after opening?

The shelf life of our unopened products is 3 years. Once the product cap is opened, it is recommended to be consumed within 12 months, as indicated by the jar symbol on the packaging.
Why is the product packaging in a nozzle/pouch format?

Our special lightweight packaging design not only allows you to carry it easily in your bag but also prevents the product from coming into contact with air, ensuring it stays fresh down to the last drop and is used without waste.

Are your products original, and where are they imported from?

All products sold are 100% original and imported from South Korea (K-Beauty). Notifications have been made to the T.R. Ministry of Health UTS (Product Tracking System).
Are the products tested on animals?

No, absolutely not! None of our products are tested on animals (cruelty-free).
Can pregnant and breastfeeding mothers use them?

Due to the special sensitivities during pregnancy and breastfeeding, we recommend that you consult your doctor regarding the ingredients before use.

When will my ordered product be shipped?

Your orders are delivered to the cargo company within 1-2 business days.
What should I do if the packaging/box is damaged when the cargo arrives?

You must check the package in the presence of the courier and have a Damage Assessment Report drawn up.
Are returns of opened products accepted?

Due to hygiene and consumer health protection regulations, returns are not accepted for cosmetic products whose packaging, security seal, or cap has been opened. You can return products with unopened packaging and security seals within 14 days.
