Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At CİCA KOZMETİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“CİCA KOZMETİK”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. You can easily manage the return and exchange processes for the products you have ordered in accordance with the terms below.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

In accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the delivery date for products whose packaging, plastic wrap, or protective seal has not been opened.

  • Hygiene Condition (Important): In accordance with Consumer Health and Hygiene Regulations, returns are not accepted for cosmetic products that have had their packaging, protective tape, cap, or security seal opened, tested, or used.

  • Products to be returned must be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, unused, and in a resalable condition.

2. Delivery of Defective or Damaged Products

If you notice any damage to the package, such as crushing, tearing, or wetting, when your order is delivered by the shipping courier:

  1. Have the courier representative prepare a Damage Assessment Report.

  2. Take a quick photo or video while opening the package to document the condition.

  3. Contact us at destek@cicakozmetik.com with your order number and the images within 2 business days of the delivery date. Damaged or defective products will be immediately replaced, or a refund will be issued.
