These Terms of Use regulate the conditions regarding the use of the www.cicakozmetik.com.tr website ("Site"), which belongs to CİCA KOZMETİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("CİCA KOZMETİK").

3.5. In case of detecting usage contrary to the Terms of Use or applicable legislation, CİCA KOZMETİK may temporarily limit or close the user's account. The user's legal rights are reserved.

4. Product Information, Prices, and Stock Status

4.2. Product images may differ to a limited extent from the actual appearance of the product due to screen settings, lighting conditions, shooting environment, and the device used.

4.3. The current sales price of the products is the price shown on the Site and the payment screen at the time the order is created. Shipping fees, discounts, and other additional costs are shown to the user before the payment process is completed.

4.4. Campaigns may be subject to certain conditions such as stock, date, product, order amount, or user group. Special conditions regarding the campaign are specified separately in the relevant campaign area.

4.5. In the event that a product out of stock appears available for ordering due to a systemic error, the user will be informed, and if there is any collected payment, it will be refunded via the payment method used.

5. Technical Errors and Order Transactions

5.1. In the event that a product price, discount rate, product feature, or other information is displayed incorrectly due to a clear and obvious technical error, the user will be informed without delay.

5.2. If it is not possible to fulfill the order under the stated conditions, the user will be offered the options to proceed with the order with correct information or to cancel it.

5.3. In case of cancellation of the order, the collected payment will be refunded within the period stipulated in the applicable legislation and via the method the user used to make the payment.

5.4. This article does not limit or abolish the consumer's rights arising from applicable legislation.

6. Information Regarding Cosmetic Products

6.1. Product descriptions, ingredient information, usage suggestions, and maintenance advice on the Site are for general information purposes only. This information does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or health services.

6.2. Users must review the ingredient list, warnings, and usage instructions on the product packaging before using the product.

12. Site Availability and Liability

13. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, war, epidemics, fire, strikes, stoppage of transportation, official authority decisions, large-scale disruptions in communication or energy infrastructure, and similar situations that occur beyond the reasonable control of the parties may be considered force majeure.

A state of force majeure does not eliminate the user's rights arising from mandatory legislation regarding refund of payment, cancellation, or defective goods.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

14.1. The law of the Republic of Türkiye is valid in the application of these Terms of Use.

14.2. In disputes arising from consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of the consumer's residence or where the consumer transaction is performed are authorized within the framework of applicable legislation and monetary limits announced each year.

14.3. This article does not limit the user's right to apply to other legally authorized authorities.

15. Effectiveness

These Terms of Use enter into force on the date they are published on the Site.
